MAP Quality Engineering has expertise in designing and implementing Quality Management Systems (QMS) that are ISO and QS compliant.  Our Quality Management Systems are designed to pass a third party audit; however, it is the customer's choice to pursue formal certification or not.

The ISO 9000 series of Quality Standards became popular in the United States from 1984 to 1987. With advertised benefits of increased profit through improved quality, reduced scrap, reduced cycle times, reduced overhead, and increased access to foreign markets, it was easy to see why so many manufacturing companies made the ISO 9000 investment. Currently, companies are faced with the transition from ISO 900x: 1994 to ISO 9001:2000. MAP can help streamline this transition.
