Accessible via the Internet or an Intranet, new CIOs are initiated from the QIS tracking page. The CIO Initiation Wizard enables the primary details of the CIO to be recorded in less than a minute. This makes it efficient for sales people out in the field to report a customer complaint to the plant, and to get the investigation process started.
