One interface (SQL query) is required to the existing EPR system deliver Job Master, Product, and Customer information to QDMS. |
| Required HMI interfaces: |
QDMS does not provide automated process control functionality. However, SPC and HMI/SCADA systems can access the QDMS database (SQL query) to provide spc charts. |

ERP interface is batch typically configured to run once daily. |
| ERP system change implications: |
The ERP interface that supplies Job Master, Product, and Customer information has to be rewritten. |

Any application or tool that can communicate with MS SQL Server can access the QDMS data. |

QDMS can be configured to retrieve product specifications that are managed by a 3rd party system provided the database is accessible. |

Software patches (technical and/or functional) are included in the annual support agreement. Additional costs for travel related expenses may apply if the upgrade requires an on site visit for installation. |
